Youth reflecting on their journey towards sustainable employment

Since its inception in early 2019, Sustainable Employment for Youth Program (SEYP) has been equipping the Mongolian youth with skills and knowledge to better navigate the transition from education to full-time employment. The programme is supported by Lorinet Foundation and implemented by Zorig Foundation and has recently enrolled another group of 23 youth participants for its 4th cohort in January 2021,

Dauletjan and Khorolsuren were among the 20 graduates of the 3rd Cohort of SEYP who have successfully completed the 5-month long journey of developing their soft-skills required for both job-seeking and at workplace, receiving career coaching, and gaining practical on job experience. To learn more about their reflections and journey towards sustainable employment, please watch the video below created by our partner Zorig Foundation.

Going further Zorig Foundation will continue its efforts towards delivering need-based solutions for each programme participant and improving the programmatic design of the pilot to effectively bridge marginalized youth to employment opportunities.
