‘Sustainable Employment for Youth Program’ participants reflecting on their transition from education to employment

Supported by Lorinet Foundation and implemented by Zorig Foundation , Sustainable Employment for Youth Program  (SEYP) ) has been assisting unemployed youth in their transition from education to employment journey through various soft skills development training, internship placements and individual career coaching opportunities.

Since its inception in 2018, the pilot program has successfully reached its goal of graduating 6 cohorts of 121 youth and equipping them with necessary employability skills.  Post-intervention follow-up surveys have revealed that 88% of program participants were in full-time employment and increased their financial circumstances 12 months after graduation.
