Tamir is a Mongolian national with over a decade of experience working across the private, public, and social development sectors. At the Lorinet Foundation, he leads the foundation’s philanthropic investments and strategic partnerships to enable long-term social impact.
Prior to joining the Lorinet Foundation in 2018, Tamir led energy and infrastructure projects and contributed to the advancement of the project management profession in Mongolia. He holds a Bachelor of Laws in Diplomatic Studies from China Foreign Affairs University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Executive Director
Erdenesuvd is a development practitioner with a background in project management. At the Lorinet Foundation, she leads the organisation’s monitoring, evaluation, and learning efforts, helping ensure evidence and learning guide the foundation’s work.
Before joining the Lorinet Foundation, she held a leadership role at Good Neighbors, an international NGO working to advance child rights, education, and community development in Mongolia. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Management from Mongolia International University and completed the Global Leadership Exchange Programme at Handong Global University in South Korea.
Impact & Knowledge Manager
Dashaa leads communications and partnership-building at the Lorinet Foundation, to raise awareness of community needs and the foundation’s impact—ultimately contributing to strengthened ecosystems and increased resource mobilisation for both Lorinet Foundation’s portfolio and Mongolian social impact space.
Prior to joining the foundation in 2022, Dashaa worked at the Political Press and Information Section of the European Union Delegation to Mongolia, first as a trainee and then as an interim staff member. He managed the Delegation’s online presence, handled administrative tasks, and coordinated with local partners. He holds BA (Hons) International Relations from the Queen Mary University of London.
Communications & Partnerships Manager
Enkhmaa has over eight years of experience in the international development sector. At the Lorinet Foundation, she manages the foundation's portfolio of social investments, ensuring they deliver meaningful impact to the communities they serve.
She previously contributed the multi-partner portfolios funded by USAID, the Canadian government, overseeing implementation, donor compliance, and coordinating partners to drive meaningful program impact. She holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Programme ManagerLhaji raises awareness of community needs and strengthens the impact of Lorinet Foundation as its Communications Officer. He coordinates initiatives that foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among diverse ecosystem actors.
Alongside his foundation work, he serves as Editor-in-Chief of unnu.news, a digital media outlet for Mongolia's youth. He bridges social impact and digital-native audiences through modern content strategy. His career includes public relations experience at the Cabinet Secretariat, Government of Mongolia. He holds a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the National University of Mongolia.
Communications Officer
Jessica is a technical specialist in the field of education with more than 15 years of experience. Currently she is a Global Programme Manager at Porticus, managing programmes on Early Childhood Development and Education for Displaced Populations. Jessica serves on the Steering Group of the Moving Minds Alliance and is a former member of the Steering Committee of the International Education Funders Group (IEFG).
Before joining Porticus, Jessica was the Advocacy Coordinator for the Inter-Agency Network for Education in Emergencies (INEE) and also served with UNESCO in a number of conflict affected countries, developing and managing programmes and projects across education and freedom of expression. She has also worked on education related projects in Colombia and Nepal, and spent many years as a teacher in primary, secondary and adult education, mainly with refugees, asylum seekers and immigrants.
Jessica has an MPhil in Comparative and International Education from the University of Oslo where she was also a Fulbright scholar. She is based in Amsterdam.
ECCE Advisor
Zayasaikhan Dugeree is an accomplished development cooperation expert with over 20 years of international development experience. From 2009 onwards, she has been directly involved in initiating and overseeing 15 different projects in Mongolia focused on various areas such as agriculture, SME development, youth development, and vocational skills development. Throughout the past decade, she has focused on promoting youth employment, vocational training, Education for Sustainable Development, gender equality, and inclusion.
Her areas of expertise lie in project cycle management and knowledge management. Additionally, she possesses a strong background and interest in monitoring and evaluation, as well as the organisational development of non-governmental organisations, which are the common themes across the sectors she worked in.
Youth Employment Advisor
