Pierre is a French national who has spent most of his life and career abroad. After a 20 year career in banking and commodity trading he decided to take a step back from his executive career in 2015 to spend more time with his family and focus on other interests. One of them is expanding the work of Lorinet Foundation with his wife and children.
Beyond Lorinet Foundation, Pierre remains active as a Non-Executive Director for various businesses, agencies, and philanthropic organisations such as Olam Agri Holdings, Trafigura Group, Trafigura Foundation, Pioneer Facility Pte Ltd, Tri-Sector Associates and a number of technology Start-ups.
Pierre is a graduate of ESCP Europe, a French business school, and has an MSc in Finance from Lancaster University. He lives in Singapore with Bolor and their 3 children.
Chairman & Co-Founder
Bolor is a Mongolian-born counsellor, coach, and philanthropist. Growing up in Mongolia during a period of significant economic and social transition, she experienced firsthand how education can transform lives and create opportunities. This shaped her belief that with the right opportunities and support, every child and young person can thrive.
Bolor holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the National University of Mongolia, an MSc in Business and Management from the University of Aberdeen, UK, and a Master’s degree in Counselling from Monash University, Australia. She has lived and worked across Mongolia, the United Kingdom, and Singapore.
In 2017, Bolor co-founded Lorinet Foundation with her husband, Pierre, to help create lasting opportunities for Mongolia’s children and youth. She also serves on the Board of OneSky and works as a counsellor in Singapore.
Bolor lives in Singapore with Pierre and their three children while maintaining a deep connection to Mongolia and a strong commitment to its future generations.
Co-Founder
Thierry is a coach and an entrepreneur, with over 25 years of experience in investment, management and coaching, across Asia and Europe.
More recently, he co-founded Shift4Good, a fund focusing on sustainable investments in the mobility industry. On a more personal level, he supports both societal and environmental initiatives across various continents.
Thierry is married with four children and has lived in Singapore since 2011, where he is a permanent resident.
Board Member
Azaa is a seasoned development and impact finance professional with over 20 years of experience in banking and project finance, spanning diverse sectors including mining, agribusiness, energy, renewables, infrastructure, and financial services across Europe, CIS, Africa, and Asia. She currently advises international corporates on integrating sustainability, green finance, and ESG strategies into their business models.
Most recently, she contributed to the establishment of a US$200 million biodiversity fund, anchored by The Nature Conservancy and the Government of Mongolia, designed to mobilise long-term capital for conservation and sustainable development. Previously, Azaa held senior leadership roles at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London, where she led large-scale financial transactions and structured projects with demonstrable positive impact on the environment, society, and governance across the Bank’s 33 countries of operations.
She is an alumna of the University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge and serves on the boards of NGOs that champion a positive impact on society, climate action, and biodiversity protection. In addition, she is a committed mentor for entrepreneurs and start-ups, actively supporting innovation and inclusive economic growth.

Jean-Marie Formigé
Jean-Marie is a Swiss citizen benefiting from more than 20 years of experience in the field of finance and wealth management. After starting his career with UBS, he moved to commodity trading (Sucafina, Addax & Oryx Group) and continued to work in the wealth management industry for top-tier banks such as Lombard Odier & Cie and Credit Suisse.
In 2011, he created Bayard SA in order to provide a service tailored to the needs of entrepreneurs and private individuals with a dynamic approach toward global wealth management. He currently holds the positions of Chairman of the Board of Bayard SA in Geneva and Managing Director of Bayard Ltd and IOK Ltd in Nassau, Bahamas.
Jean-Marie Formigé has a degree in Political Science from the University of Geneva. He lives in the Bahamas with his wife and two children.
